Where do you deliver to? We deliver to all countries worldwide. |

Who is the supplier? Our logistic partner for most parcels is the Deutsche Post / DHL. If you prefer another, let us know. |

How much are the shipping costs? In most cases the determining quantity is the final weight of the parcel. We are sure you understand that it's quite difficult to calculate automatically in advance, so we'll tell the final costs after the order. Of course you have no obligations before payment. For the purpose of a rough idea, here some examples (worldwide): 100g = EUR 8.90 500g = EUR 10.90 1000g = EUR 14.90 Please note that maybe there will be additional duty fees (definitly not within the European Union) |

How do I pay? Please pay in advance to our bank account (potential charges to customer's expense) or via Paypal. Please note: To non-European customers we recommend Paypal - no further fees and instant payment. |

May I pay in Dollars or any other currency? Because the rates are always changing and we get not the best rates here, we please you to pay always in Euros (Paypal allows it without problems). On some pages we name prices additionally in dollars. This is only a simplified approximation with an assumed rate EUR:US$ = 1:1.5 |

My I return goods? Customers from countries within the European Union may return goods within 14 days. |

What to do with damaged items? For obvious damages of the closed parcel please complain directly to the supplier. In other cases please take adequate photos and contact us with a detailed description. |
